If you have a car that is UNLOCKED it is fairly simple and easy to learn if you no forsure you have an unlocked car you can pm me, email me, or add me on skype and I will walk you through how to add it. It is simple but confusing so I would have no problem simply adding it for you if you would like but if you want to learn how to do it by your self I am willing to help!

Go into your trainer and search VehicleLivery and change the number from 1 to 0 so it should look like this VehicleLivery=0. It should look like the picture below

Yes I'm sure that was wrong thanks for the help on that however it still does not fix my light bar disappearing!

In some sort of way like everyone is saying there are texture missing. You might want to actually re downloading the entire mod.

After importing a car into open iv it can open the model and it shows all my lights but then when I spawn the car in game none of the lights appear if someone could help me that would be great. I will put pictures of my problems below!
