    Yeah I'm surprised nobody has made any NMSP peds. They are one of the most highly trained police force in the United States! Are you a native New Mexican yourself?

    This is a simple retexture for the state police in GTA IV. It changes the uniforms from light blue/yellow to black/gray. The uniform is based off the uniform used by the New Mexico State Police. This is my first upload, so enjoy! I give permission to reupload and/or modify this package, however proper credit must be given.
