  1. If you are using the ASI loader for Rage you will need to get rid of that, as I mentioned in my above post, when I was using it the cars wouldn't move. However I removed it today and installed the new SHV that came out today and the cars are fine now. LMS was probably right. Using the ASI loader for Rage my Simple Native Trainer was all screwed up. I lost all of mynl saved cars, and some settings wouldn't work period. I imagine it was causing the ignore bug as well. With the new SHV everything in the trainer went back to normal and my saved vehicles reappeared, and my AI police were active again.
  2. I had this happen while I was using the ASI loader for Rage, is it doing it on ScripthookV as well?
  3. Your installed cars will be fine. My issue with the workaround was that the trainer was "quirky" and one of those quirks was that all of my cars I modified and saved through the trainer disappeared. That is just a script setting so for example you can have a police4 with custom rims, bulletproof tires, a turbo and tinted windows. Then you save that setting so every time you spawn police 4 through the trainer, it comes up the way you set it up. But the original is always still there.

  5. Are you trying to launch GTAV through it? I don't know if it will work like that right now because when I tried it, it always crashed. I launch GTA through steam and once the game us running then I run RPH. This may or may not have been fixed by now, not sure.
  6. It did install several SHdotnet dlls, not in from of pc or I'd post what they are. But you could be right, they might be for compatiblity more than handling.
  7. It can replace Scripthook completely. It says it now "supports" Scripthookvdotnet, however I have not had a chance to test that yet.
  8. Everything is working reasonably well with the "ASI for Rage" plugin. ELS works which is nice. It does seem to make fans whine a bit louder, but I could always be imagining things. Simple Native Trainer is buggy with this ASI loader. It lost all of my saved cars, but not my weapons. When I tried to save a new car it CTD. Changing light colors doesn't seem to be working correctly. However, it does do the job, and I am able to play, so thanks for the info!

  13. Well I played yesterday and everything seemed it's usually cheery, weird, glitchy self. I ran the game through the R* Launcher and then kicked up RPH and everything was fine. Today's (well, yesterday now) update was just a bug fix behind the scenes so it shouldn't adversely affect game play, so your prisoners should jump in their car and drive off with their hands behind their backs as usual 😉 Assuming ScriptHookV is updated soon. Yeah we could use some new scripts, no doubt, and I mean utility scripts. New callouts are always great. But better inner workings is more important to me. As a retired police officer I spent years doing the same thing over and over, I'm used to that 🤣 But if one day I walked up to a suspect and I couldn't talk to him, I might have an issue. Everyone seems to want to only do cars these days (which became an issue with LCPDFR after a few years also). But, RPH was updated today, hopefully SHV will be along soon, and we should be back to "normal"
  14. They fixed a bug that was keeping the game from running in offline mode. I removed ScripthookV and started up the game and the version number text during startup hasn't changed, But it must be reporting something else internally that is making SHV think it's a different version. the latest SHV should run any version of GTA V up to and including 1737. EDIT: I just looked at the info for gta5.exe snd it shows version number 1737.6 That's why it's not working.
  15. I'd love to see these in the game, most of the equipment is available, however I have not seen a 2013 Fusion model so far.

When you complete the story missions you can go into the closet and the Highway Patrol, tactical outfit, diving outfit, Security outfit and all of the other heist outfits will be available for Michael Trevor can have the CHP outfit as well as most of the other outfits (he doesn't get the "tactical" outfit Michael has, he has a black outfit, but it doesn't have the vest with it. Franklin has most of the other outfits, less the CHP, Security and tactical outfit. There is a trick to getting the helmet removed, actually there are several, personally I find it just as easy to die, than to do the vehicle switching trick. As an update to an earlier post I made. I HAVE stolen Buzzards from the NOOSE building roof. These are fully armed...However you can also steal the unarmed version from the roof of police headquarters (the one you used in the Devin mission), but the minute you go into the locker room, you will get 4 stars, not really worth the effort unless you are a diehard collector.
  19. That's good to know on the SUV, I will keep an eye out for it. As for the NOOSE HQ, I've been there over the course of 3 or 4 days at different times and never saw a buzzard, do you happen to know of a particular time, or is it totally random? As far as the liveries, the cruiser is pretty much the basic LAPD scheme isn't it? I know the Patrol is based on the Taurus Interceptor "show car" SUre they're not "thrilling" but then again most big city police departments are kinda drab.
  20. Here is where I found all of mine: 1) Unmarked CVPI = can be found on weed missions, the black one can be found cruising around a particular train station late at night. (after midnight and before 6am) (I am out of town, so can't look at the map to reference right now, but it's like in the middle of downtown) 2) Marked Buffalo = can be found cruising the same area. Be warned there are FOUR heavily armed cops in this car. 3) Motorcycle/Wagon = can also be found cruising in this area. BIkes can also be found in the country and wagons can be found if you piss em off enough to through out spikes. 4) Unmarked Buffalo = During the day between 10:30AM and NOON out in Trevorville where the big satellite dishes are. The FIB does an inspection. They WILL shoot you, but you don't get any stars for nicking it. 5) Unmarked SUV = same as the Buffalo. These are a rare spawn, I find a lot of times that it spawns 2 Buffalos. But some times is spawns 1 of each. 6) Park Ranger = There is usually one sitting outside of the broadcast tower on top of the Vinewood sign. 7) Sheriff CVPI = these are fairly common out in Trevorland. 8) Marked CVPI and Taurus = any police station. To date I have not seen a Sheriff SUV. For the most part NOOSE officers drive around in the unmarked SUV, I have however seen a Noose Stockade once or twice. I have heard rumor that you can find unmarked Buffalos and SUVs, as well as Buzzards at the NOOSE Headquarters, however, to date I have never seen any police vehicles on their lot. The prison isn't work the trouble to get these vehicles, easier to get them elsewhere EDIT: a word of warning.... I have lost every one of these vehicles due to the garage bug before. Howver, so far I haven't lost any stored in Michael's "Shop" garage.
  21. I know officially lighting isn't supported on boats, I am wondering however if anyone knows why THIS would have happened. I put a Voltex Ultra lightbar on my Military Patrol boat... yes ELS does work on it, and the lights do flash and emit. However, it appears that adding the lightbar to the model has for some reason opaqued out the windows (even though it appears that the model itself as no glass, at least to zmodeler it doesn't. I tried removing the lightbar and the opacity remains. I know (limited as my knowledge of zmodeler is) that usually white textures mean missing texture files, but the model was ok till I added the lightbar. I tried moving the lightbar as Misc_h to different locations in the hierarchy, with no luck. Any thoughts? Also if wrong forum please move. and with ELS turned off it looks the same way:
  22. Good afternoon, New here so please go easy on me, I've searched, but not able to find a proper solution. I am looking for a way to make other police vehicles spawn around town. Normally it's either police OR police2, I would like to get them all to spawn, but in increasing rarity. I'm not sure of GTA's naming convention for rarity, but using general "gamer" terms= police, police2 = Uncommon polpatriot, pstockade = Rare noose, nstockade, fbi = Very Rare Thanks in advance.
