I'm new to this game and horrible at making the skinwork. can you put the actual car download? the .wft and.wtd or whatever? id love to have jso in my game. I don't own Photoshop or paint.net thanks

first of all I'm sorry if this has been covered. I've searched and searched and cannot find a solution. I finally got my game working yesterday. I got a wild hair and decided to install vehicle mod. I used openiv. and spark by the way, didn't lie it changed to openiv. then openiv got an error which caused my game to get stuck on the loading screen. I've tried repairing the game. put the original skin back. updated the patch. nothing is working. I don't want to uninstall and reinstall if I don't have to because it takes like 8 hours.. can anyone help me with this?
