As it has been said before, there will most probably be a computer and it doesnt matter if R* added one to the game because the one in LCPDFR was part of the mod.

It really gets on my nerves when GTA Youtubers try and show mods because they know really nothing about the mods, the communities or the background of modding in general.

That gave me an idea, imagine if when you select your officer you can use the GTA:O character maker to create your officer

Because then people can spawn in things like cars and money instead of buying shark cards to get them, therefore Rockstar lose money.

If I remember correctly, I believe a youtuber said the 'event' was always there and rockstar needed to turn it true at about Christmas time.
