snickersqt got a reaction from Pie for a file, Pennsylvania State Trooper StainerThis is my first go at anything like this so please be gentle. It replaces the Sheriff cruiser with a PA State Trooper Stainer.
Known issue: It does not use the PA Exempt plate that I have in the texture and I honestly don't know how to fix it (like I said I'm a noob at this).
Please read the readme, and remember to backup your files and do not use them online.
