My ELS Lights, when they are running they light up everything as a purplish and bluish tint to it. I want it to be red and blue. People have said look in the ELS Config in the directory but the things they say to look for there aren't there for me.

So I re-downloaded GTA IV(Steam) and When I try to start i get the Sec launcher Error. Im Using Windows 10. I've tried running As Admin still doesnt work Delete Microsoft rVisual C++ The ones i were told to delete ive reinstalled the game twice already Nothing is working and i can't find answers and i was told to disable something but apparently its illegal.

So i downloaded the SAPDFR and i did everything i was told and it still doesn't work how can i fix this? if anyone has a Skype or teamviewer can they helP?
