    install to c:\Grand Theft Auto V\update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday3ng\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf\ 
    open ( police2.ytd) then find ( chgr_sign_1) and replace it with the file provided then click save

    easy to install shouldn't need much help but you will need a trainer to switch up the skins on the car to choose what skin you want as the car model file comes with a few to choose from
