created my own version of a homeland security car hope you like it skin only you will need this model https://www.gta5-mods.com/vehicles/dodge-charger-2009-code-3-by-pimdslr (not my model) install to c:\Grand Theft Auto V\update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday3ng\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf\ open ( police2.ytd) then find ( chgr_sign_1) and replace it with the file provided then click save -
