Alright so the first thing is the fact that I've tried of 10 solutions, looked everywhere, have gone low and high and still no support with the problem at hand. List of mods: -Custom Cars (various, wouldn't effect it) -Peds, weapons (still has no effect) -LCPDFR 1.0 -ELS 8.0 -Simple Native trainer -game4video's ENB -HD Roads, and other gameplay/realistic city improvement mods I've check the versions of the files that I'm implementing into the directory and everything is installed correctly. Running the LCPDFR diagnostic (outdated but, still) says that I need the .NET framework, have it installed along with my OS so that's not the problem and running LCPDFR on this PC alone used to be perfectly fine, until I recently finished Watch_Dogs and other various games, got bored and decided to hop back onto GTAIV and enjoy playing LCPDFR, and be disappointed to see GTA IV in shambles, even after reformatting my computer a few months ago, so I recently reinstalled GTA IV, and re downloaded GTA IV, and my set of mods. I've tried a various amount of fixes, ranging from: -Deleting savegames -Checking if it's read-only -Checking previous user's solutions along with the staff's suggestions, and from my personal knowledge. --- And none of these worked. At he moment I do not have logs as I just wiped GTA IV as of last night, I will try to get them back ASAP. I'm hoping someone could guide me to a solution and I hope this helps others who are experiencing a similar problem.

I must start out by saying that this is regarding their police force. Out in Nassau County, New York [Long Island], we have quite a corrupt police force. Example: I was driving with my Father, the officer ran a red light, and in the middle of the light, he put on his lights for a brief moment, then continued on through the light, he wasn't going to a crime scene. But, driving from Long Island, New York, to New Jersey, was quite fun, I saw amazing undercover cop cars, and I forgot to take pictures, but, I had seen an undercover police officer in a modified street car, as I can remember, it must've been a BMW M3, I know that he was undercover because he had pulled someone over. I had also seen unmarked Dodge Chargers and Marked and Unmarked Tahoe's and Suburban's. And soon, I will start to do textures for said cars. I am also going to start doing a NYC realistic map mod, which includes the real, and modern modeled NYC, this project will take anywhere between 1-2 years for me, but in at least 2-4 months, I will have half of it done, MAYBE. I hope that everyone had a great Fourth of July.
