Tablet background for Computer+ (generic.jpg)

Player can use a data tablet while on foot by LSPDFR Computer+ v1.3.6.5.

"generic.jpg" is used for tablet background at current version.

I made "generic.jpg" image as tablet background which is used for replacing original image.
