There's a car very similiar to this, it's called Plymouth Fury. It was very used by police departments across the USA in the 1980s, especially NYPD.

PS: I made the CHP skin for this Diplomat btw.

The dippys and the Gran furies were identical minus maybe some details on the front fascia. I'm excited to see if someone will make the switch so we could have both.

The most noticeable differences between the exteriors of the Gran Fury and Diplomat (IIRC) were in the front grille and tail lights.  The Gran Fury had Plymouth written across its grille and had thin black borders around its tail lights.  The Diplomat had Dodge on its grille and its tail lights were entirely surrounded by chrome/silver bezels.
