He didn't properly setup the scene for the R* editor. Always let the game clear up your spawns before heading into the editor after recording the clip. If not, the game spawns duplicate models on top of itself.

Will u be making what there newer cars look like? To in this pack if u need photos I could u get u some

Well its not really a SEPTA car, its just based on their livery and the lightbar happens to be the same but I guess if you send pics I can see if it will fit in this pack.

Well np what Ik is there fleet now a days consists of Taurus as patrol cars with Whelen liberty IIs with just some lights in the back and there are steelies And hubcaps for the wheels.

Their 2016  fpiu are all k-9s with hubcaps and I've never seen the lights on that one hope that helps but anyway I'm looking forward to ur pack. Lightbar: whelen liberty II as of my knowledge there's some light in the back hood but idk what they are
