Bolingbroke Prison Authority CVPI

This is my first successful attempt at vehicle skins for GTA V. the decals and color were acquired from vanilla files, and the SA Exempt plate was borrowed from HBengtson's LSPD skin pack #2(these will be personal use only unless I get permission from him to release these). Current plans are to add some unit numbers somewhere, as well as skins for Thero's prison coach, 0taku's Chevrolet Express, and OfficerUnderwood's Impala.
