With ELS, I truly don't mind that with some callouts, such as traffic stop backup needed, the officer sits there with the siren blaring until you arrive. I can deal with that. What I can't stand is when backup, prisoner transport, or EMS that were spawned in/requested DO NOT DESPAWN and instead drive around code 3 for the rest of your playtime. I have resorted to shooting the AI and dragging them out of their vehicle. It annoys me to no extent.
