so we had a suspicious person runnin from us as it turns out she had small baggies of pcp and meth on her so we assumed she was either 

buyin or sellin when we asked her where the drugs came from she refused to cooperate so we brought her up on drug charges and failure to comply with a cop she was sent to Davis county jail
