in Year 2011 the LCPD(in the same Year they ordered the subsequent generation) gave them Alderney State Police 1500 pieces of their old 2003-2005 Wartburg, be cuz in Year 2007 in Wartburg Manufacture in Eisenach ordered a large of them(5000-7500 pieces of them and in the Breslau Manufacture 1200 pieces), before the Production of the 1999-2007 Wartburg 353 end in March 2008 and in April 2016 the LCPD order together with the Alderney State Police(they lease it for 5 Years) new 2016 Wartburg 353W for December 2016.  And For Information, the 1999-2007 Wartburg 353 ist still loved the law enforcement worldwide(like the VW , Opel, Mercedes, Dodge Charger, Ford Crown Victoria, BMW, etc.), be cuz it´s reliable,  environmentally friendly( since 1990s it´s the Standard by Wartburg) and make not much problems.
