Inspired by LVMPD, so don't judge on accuracy please!

I'm gonna rework the marked CVPI to have two versions, one 2011 with a Vision SLR and an older one with the old-styled Vision. Also gonna add a Tahoe and FPIU.

Once again huge thanks to @HankVoight , @officerwaller and @Mr.Kindness! This whole project wouldn't be possible without them!

Here's an overview of the pack so far. Many things are still liable to change, but you can expect it in a week or two.

    Yep they will be released for sure, but in due time since I still have a few cars to add.
