That's mine from my earlier Arjent release years back on GTA-Modding-Chest when it was still alive. Where on earth did you get the idea that Lt.Caine made it? A very old model though. Csyon Members April 5, 20179 yr Author stats @Kane104 Oh sry. Then it's yours. The texture has a watermark with "Made by LT.CAINE". I think its just a texture edit. A guy from discord send me the alpr and i didn't know to 100% who made it.
