Afternoon Car Crash in Alderney Sends 1 to Hospital

Emergency crews got a callout Monday afternoon about a car crash involving an Audi SUV and a Pontiac G8 at the corner of Big Horn Dr. and Owl Creek Ave. in the Westdyke neighborhood of Alderney. According to witnesses, the black Pontiac went through the red light and collided with the Audi. The passenger of the Pontiac had to be taken to Westdyke Memorial Hospital for minor cuts and bruises. Everyone else made it out of the accident unharmed.
