A ghost car in Los Santos

So I was just standing on the road, checking somebody walking on the rails as I noticed someone ramming my car (As you can see in the second pciture). As I looked closer I realised that there was no one sitting in the car. I shot through the windshield to check if there is just the visual model missing but nothing happened. There was no one around who looked like if they just got out of their car.

Anyone had this before too? I am kinda confused..
