Getting a Repeat Offender off the streets

I was patrolling around West Vinewood when I saw a white Felon run over a man crossing the street. It then made an illegal turn, which caused me to follow it. I ran the plate and performed a felony traffic stop. The driver, who was also the RO, was identified as Rachle Garcia. Running this name on dispatch revealed that she was on parole for Aggravated Animal  Cruelty. I searched  her person and found a  baggie of methamphetamine. Searching the car, however, did not reveal any other illegal items. She is currently being charged with vehicular assault, hit and run, leaving the scene of an accident, possession of a controlled substance,  and violation of parole.
