SAHP Blue style uniform, Officer seen here assisting a stranded motorist on the highway towards Los Santos. 

 

CHP based blue coveralls, i know this is the uniform of the commercial vehicle officers but what other units wear this style uniform? ive seen countless photos of officers wearing this style uniform which almost certainly are not doing commercial duties.   Any advice would bge appreciated, im not from Cali
