No, not the medical seizure. The diner featured in a story not so long ago is being seized by the San Andreas State Health Authority. This morning at 6 AM, the SASHA-FAP (Food and Alcohol Poisoning) unit arrived at the diner just outside of Paleto Bay with a seizure notice.
Lakeview County Police also attended to ensure the property was vacated safely. The owners of the property had to be forcefully removed, and several customers were upset that they now had to go elsewhere for their breakfasts.
"So now what, I have to go to 24/7 and buy a breakfast burrito?" said one customer.
"Now you listen here sonny, I've been eatin' at this here establishment for sixty years, and ain't had no problems ya hear? Now some silly kid gets sick and here we go. Grow some balls! What a society!" said an elderly gentleman as he waddled to his vehicle.
"It's just not safe anymore." says Stuart Nostra, I.C. Field Officer.
"The building has various safety issues alone, and is just not satisfactory for the food industry. After three cases of food poisoning in one week, we had to investigate."
The investigation by SASHA ruled that there were various health and safety violations. Staff wearing dirty clothing, not washing their hands. Poor food preparation and storage, among all things.
The building has been condemned and is listed for demolition within the next month. The owners have been fined under the Food Service Act of San Andreas, and face a judge next month on January 20th.
