Are you going to release this? They look really solid. Just gotta remove 'State Trooper' from the driver side front fender.

If you still have that issue you can isolate the bumpers,  or whatever the license plates are on and go to polygon mode, select, by material, and type in "mud" and select like genericcar_mud or something like that and it will select the license plate for you, then right click, edit, delete. Something I just learned :D
