Bond between K9 and Handler

Another update for the Blaine County  based Spokane uniforms. 

Progressing along well, all that is left is a few minor edits and it should be good to go for release if people want them!

Included in the pack will be the following units

Patrol

SWAT

K9 - Patrol

Search & Rescue

Marine Enforcement Unit

Traffic/Motor Unit/ Commercial 

Air Support.

The pack will include both Black Uniforms and Green variants, and will also cover Spokane Police.  There is also "other" uniform varients in the form of hoodies, tactical t shirts, different armour and load bearing vest variants, Some are designed to be unique for example having thin blue line patches etc I want to add personal touches to some of the uniforms.  Some uniforms are "generic" due to the lack of images online and not living in the county its hard to get information sometimes!
