I got the same opinion as you Twisted. CHP are using the federal signal vision lightbar and not the federal signal vector lightbar. The Federal Signal Vector is the basic version of it's "premium" brother the Vision. Based on the same "V" shape with seven individual pods, but in the Vector they are simply rotators, although the multiple coloring options are still available, as is the availability of a rear-facing ArrowStik. The Vector also comes in a "Smart Vector" version which allows 2 of the 7 pods to be individually controlled as alley lights, takedowns, intersection sweeps and forward or rear facing flashers. Most of the "V" shaped Federal Signal lightbars you see on vehicles are the Vectors, however externally they are identical. Edited November 11, 20169 yr by RedBullGermany
