<p>I(officer with shotgun facing away from the screen) arrested a suicidal subject, called for transport and two officers(the two to the right) came running and fell down the steps into the alley.</p>

    A well kown tactic used by LCPD when dealing with suicide subjects to destresss the subject. Either that or they are clumsy clots.

    Trouble is after giving up the gun, several subjects have died laughing using this tactic.
