Damn Clowns

They have hit Los Santos! Los Santos Police Department has issued a statement telling all residents that this "Prank" is not taken lightly as many people have been injured from recent attacks on clowns.  LSPD states if you are seen running around dressed as a clown trying to scare people or waving a weapon, you will be taken into custody for inducing panic among the public.
