Now they utilize the Charger and have overwhelming visability trust me i know what cars and setups nypd uses. im asking him what makes this nypd, its using the wrong lighting and sa plates, not ny. also this would be a standard pct unmarked car, as highway patrol would be using a spotlight and rambar
