What if all peds are fake cops? Just change <Pedtype>COP</Pedtype> (S_M_Y_COP_01 is as fake as MP_freemode male, Go away)

You are gonna have to face it, s_m_y_cop_01, like all peds, can be edited and/breakdown to be any other ped types.

And there is nothing to define them to be different from other peds in the game even between other cop peds.
