are you also using radiance V's visualsettings.dat? or are you using the stock one that came with naturalvision?

No,i don't use radiance,i create my own visualsettings.dat

What lines on the visualsettings.dat change the brightness of the lights? I'd love to just take that line and use the rest of the file from the ENB

oh, and is the enb playable in terms of frame rates, or do you just use it for screenshots?

Just change : car.defaultlight.day.emissive.on and car.defaultlight.night.emissive.on    ,well it's payable for me,60fps,full hd ,max settings msaa 4x,but usually for videos i use msaa 8x
