And whats with California and only having one white door? At first glance it gets hard to tell the different departments apart, like Stockton PD and CHP, Orange County Sheriff and CHP, etc etc

It's CA law that requires all marked police cars to have at least one white door.

Ok so I was wrong, CVC requires all Traffic Law Enforcement vehicles to have one white door.

I've never seen any department so far to actually be a jerk and strictly follow the letter of the law with liveries that actually have only one white door.  That would be quite a sight.  There are police cars that actually have only one front facing red light as its only emergency lighting, why not this lol =P

// Nevermind, after reading the regulation, it says front doors, plural. Interesting though, it says that a police car can also be white with at least the front doors being black. Yet to see that, maybe I can do something with that lol ;). ALSO interesting is that it can also be any other color, with front doors being white. That can lead to some pretty interesting combinations lol
