The LAPD didn't buy any 2010-2011 Vics when they were in production afaik. They must've bought those after they stopped production.

Really, if you just changed the headrests to the one on my 2003 DEV model, you'd have a 2008-2010 Crown Victoria model. Aside from the door trim, of course.
