If you use a trainer it falls under the metallic category and may just simply be "dark blue"

I am running the latest update for VisualV. I also use a reshade and enb but I have no idea what either of the original files of those are since they have been modified dozens of times.

The grey looks cool, but holy crap that blue looks amazing!
