First, it's not by me. I know that guy who made it is talking with a BHPD on Instagram. I'm not sure if it's something what they'll use in the future or just a fanart.

I was also involved in that, but the vehicle committee decided that my design was "illegal" because of California laws against conducting traffic enforcement in "wrapped police vehicles." This is probably a design they would be most likely to switch to, although it's not much different from their current design.

I don't think so, this is just a concept, only for 2016 FPIU and not by me.
