Kanyo's CHP '09 charger I converted and then turned it into an unmarked vehicle. The steelies are MattJetter's that I have edited a bit too make them more authentic to the real life ones. The models in the screenshot are from the same vehicle slot (FBI), I have set up the vehicle to have a number of extras such as the side runners and the front licence plate.

Still awaiting bxbugs's permissions as some parts on the chp one are his and he hasn't responded yet to my messages. If all goes well though I shall release it with the unmarked car. But if he does not then ill just release this car. Both this car and the CHP one are practically done.
