    nice car but chicago doesn't use fed sig legends

    they use code 3 2100 they look really similar

    ppv stands for police pursuit vehicle

    They use the Legend, RX2700CC, and the X2100 but I've already made an Impala with the Code 3 X2100 so I decided to go with the Legend.
