Los Santos State Trooper

Its time for the State Troopers to roll in. Based on the Pennsylvania State Troopers, this texture features a very similar look to the Pennsylvania State Troopers but instead it has Los Santos State Troopers. The colours are also a tad different to the real car and the chevron at the back is orange and yellow rather than balck and yellow. I still need to do some work but hopefully I can release soon. Just need to do some research futher into the texture first.
