Silverlake Police

A Silverlake City Police Officer out on a suspicious male. Multiple female motorists contacted police stating that when they had come to a stop at the stoplight ahead, a male approached the vehicle and attempted to get the females to engage in indecent acts. 

Luckily, none of the females were taken advantage of and did exactly what police say anyone should do, if they're placed in that situation.

"If approached by someone you're unfamiliar with, or someone who looks suspicious, we encourage citizens to lock their doors." said Spokeswoman Insp. J. Taylor.

The man was taken into custody and charged under Westlake County Criminal Code, Section 43(a) 'Requesting or Performing Indecent Acts', and Section 144.2(b) 'Harassment'.
