sargecommander Members August 16, 201510 yr Author stats Looks good man! When ya thinking that it will be released?
thegreathah Friends of LSPDFR August 16, 201510 yr Author stats release release please. I am shaking. I LOVE YOU! Please hurry. *Starts crying* On a more serious note: does the lightbar work and are the textures distance drawn unlike the current modded police cars?
Deactivated Member Deactivated August 16, 201510 yr Author stats Is.. is that Michael De Santa? Also I am looking foward to seeing that LSSD CVPI
Glock19GSP Members August 16, 201510 yr Author stats OMG! Now that i see car models, i will buy gta 5
Deactivated Member Deactivated August 16, 201510 yr Author stats It looks great but I suggest you read the readme file that I included with that Arjent model in the release. You would've seen that I forbid porting(converting) to games other than GTA 4.
Adzie Members August 16, 201510 yr Author stats I'm still punching kittens! Please release this for the sake of all the little kittens with black eyes! <3

Deactivated Member Deactivated August 16, 201510 yr Author stats Please tell me your joking. Btw there are more than just your model, F5544 for Sentinel's GTA 4 CVPI pack. No, I'm not joking. I'm well aware that there are alternatives which is exactly why it shouldn't be a problem. Either that or people can make their own, I find that better than my work just being ported and then "glued and distributed" as they'd say.

Couldn't it just be a forward port of his Cvpi with frank's lightbar. If it is yours I apologize if you found my earlier comment rude. Edited August 16, 201510 yr by thegreathah
Deactivated Member Deactivated August 16, 201510 yr Author stats Wait, how do you absolutely know it is yours though? Couldn't it just be a forward port of his Cvpi with frank's lightbar. If it is yours I apologize if you found my earlier comment rude.Have you ever seen Frank's "Arjent"? I actually find it insulting to even hint towards the pictured lightbar possibly being Frank's and if you compared the two, you'd understand exactly why I feel that way. I spent days just baking the textures and shading for that lightbar, its something that I can easily and already identify without even having to refer to the actual mesh. Its also worth pointing out that nowhere else will you find such textures and an Arjent of that quality available to the public. There's usually two ways that this plays out and the modeler is always on the losing end. One can either keep models private and face an onslaught from certain persons in the community with remarks being flung around such as being "stingy" and being blamed for the state of the community, or you can publicly release those models and deal with the fact that the day will inevitably come where you'll to go through endless drama just to uphold those terms of use because either people don't care to read through those terms or they just have no care and respect for content creators. Either way, you're always apparently in the wrong as the modeler, regardless of what you do. Its because of this that so many of us don't want to associate themselves with such communities anymore. Nevertheless, Sentinel can undoubtedly confirm that its my model.

I would never want to come off as rude I just wanted to be sure their was no case of mistaken identity for this mod :). And to Sentinel: Use something else if you cannot agree to Kevin's terms.
SheriffTanta Members August 16, 201510 yr Author stats Looks absolutely astounding! Can't wait for this to be available for download!
Deactivated Member Deactivated August 17, 201510 yr Author stats I live in la county and for just a second i thought that was a picture of a real lasd cruiser lol. Looks awesome!!
AKayy1418 Deactivated August 17, 201510 yr Author stats Make sure you make it like the LA Sheriff Department's CVPI! Then life in Sandy Shores will be complete!
Sentinel55 Members August 17, 201510 yr Author stats Looks good man! When ya thinking that it will be released?I don't know. Probably within the next year.On a more serious note: does the lightbar work and are the textures distance drawn unlike the current modded police cars? The lightbar has no function at the moment, but the car remains the same, doesn't matter how far you go away.Is.. is that Michael De Santa?Yes.I suggest you read the readme file that I included with that Arjent model in the release. You would've seen that I forbid porting to games other than GTA 4.Well, that's true. I didn't knew that. I'm not using your Arjent again, sorry if I caused any trouble to you.Make sure you make it like the LA Sheriff Department's CVPI! Then life in Sandy Shores will be complete!I'll try my best!
thegreathah Friends of LSPDFR August 17, 201510 yr Author stats Interesting. I don't think I would mind a vanilla lightbar if you can't figure out the ELS otherwise :P no big deal. Anyway the texture looks soooo good. I was just playing with your GTA IV pack today and I can say I can't wait to see them in GTA V :) Good luck!

Anyway the texture looks soooo good. I was just playing with your GTA IV pack today and I can say I can't wait to see them in GTA V :) Good luck! There is no ELS. It would be a vanilla styled lightbar anyways. I don't want to slag my own work, but the LASD pack I've uploaded some months ago is crap compared to this one. Thanks by the way!
