You can convert from GTA IV without permission... Many will not have permission to convert.

I would get permission if I were you. Just courtesy wise it would make sense.

And what's the chance of me asking someone who I never talked to before giving me permission to convet a vehicle I seen unlocked models wouldn't I still need permission to convert them?

I will ask around tomorrow night and if I do get permission I'll be more then happy to get back into modding again :)

I'm sure they wouldn't mind letting you convert a car to GTA V. Always safe to ask first, though.

You may have a competitor matt, someone on GTA V mods released a civilian 2015 charger

I'm sure someone will ask to convert it to a police car. In fact people already are.. What ever, I'd take Matt's design over someone else's anyday.

Wasn't me who asked that

I know, I was acknowledging that their was a Charger already there. I'm sure someone will ask to convert that charger to a police car: thus giving matt competition.

I don't have any competition. This is already a police vehicle. I'm pretty sure last time I checked LCPDFR was a police community  We want police vehicles not a civilian car.

Yep. Nevertheless your models are far superior to anyone elses, whether it be civilian or police. Good work bro.

I think you won, the one on GTA V mods looks as if someone drove it into a baby oil factory. Still any mod is better then no mod
