i feel like a taser isnt sufficient for trevor...especially being wanted for murder..id have my pistol trained on him instead aha

I never heard of the felony murder charge. I thought all murder was a felony.

Actually there are Felony Murders and there is Murder. While all murders are felonies, not all murders are Felony Murders. For example, if you walk up to a man and shoot him dead, it is murder, which is a felony crime. However, if you are say, robbing a bank and kill someone it is felony murder. A felony murder is murder that occurs while a felony is being committed. As you were committing the felony of robbing a bank while also committing the felony of murder, it is viewed as an even worse felony crime. It typically carries much harsher penalties as it is viewed as being particularly heinous.
