Can you recomend a trainer witch is easy to install and wont spawn a car whdn i take out my taser

Im looking for somebody to make me an easy to install and setup police barrier/baricade spawner so i can make something like this too without a trainer. For some unknown reason i love road blocks and police barriers.

Simple Native Trainer? Just disable the hotkeys and you should come along just fine.
