New livery for the Vapid Interceptor.
New livery for the Vapid Cruiser to replace motto with "Police"; also done for the Buffalo and Police Transporter.
New LSPD Granger, modified by me with an LSPD scheme and added as a unique vehicle (sadly, does not work with SWAT like the other Grangers as those models must be included in a list in some file yet to be cracked).
