DavidFortsch Members May 8, 201213 yr Author stats Do you have to play in Window Mode for it to work appropriately?
AlconH Members May 8, 201213 yr Author stats Nope, It's a overlay which you use whilst patrolling. Whilst you are behind a car, you press Run Plate, and the info is displayed. Then as you can see you may have a flag come up such as wanted suspect or reported stolen. After which, you will pull them over and use LCPDFR's normal traffic stop.
Jay-107 Members May 8, 201213 yr Author stats Do you manually enter a plate or does it assign a plate to a car your following? Looks like a great mod; pretty excited about it.
AlconH Members May 8, 201213 yr Author stats It's a random plate everytime you press run plate. It's separate to the game so it's not possible to assign it to a car.
Mags Community Team May 8, 201213 yr Author stats Community Team So many people could roleplay it as a plate scanner.
flanders Members May 8, 201213 yr Author stats A.Bowers: So many people could roleplay it as a plate scanner. Exactly. This game is what you make of it. All these little tools add up to make a more engaging experience.
Dhruv Members May 9, 201213 yr Author stats Alrighty, then. Its gonna be very useful for plate-reader-lovers like myself :P
AlconH Members May 10, 201213 yr Author stats No idea, as have a lot on my plate at the moment, but by next weekend I should be finished on V1.0
St.Kizza Members May 20, 201213 yr Author stats Great work! This would be soooo cool if it got implemented to LCDP:FR. Pulling one over and run the license plate before you talk to the driver. If stolen you arrest the driver. If expired or something else then it will show in the LCPD:FR computer. with the same name as the driver, then you can take it from there.
