It's planned, but Britain and Japan don't even have their own tank lines yet, so development on naval warfare won't commence until those are complete.

Sweet, I remember my elementary school project running a clock off potatoes. He must have either a bus-sized potato or a billion of them to play GTA. Does he also overclock the potatoes by sprinkling them with some hot cajun spices?
