EVI, your Skunk Works is failing at secrecy! An unidentified engineer keeps taking pictures of highly classified projects (like this fairly old Ford being turned into a Government Service Vehicle)!

You need to look at who you give security clearances to if you want to maintain your government contracts. They need assurances the Russians won't get this top-secret information.

Does the LAPD CVPI next to it hint that the Caprice might be an LAPD one?

CA seems to be a big EVI focus, and LA is probably going to be the biggest switch to the Caprice, so probably yeah.

Awesome, can't wait to finally have the new Caprice for IV. Although I'm not a huge fan of the Arjent I'm sure it will still be awesome.

Hopefully, they'll release more than just the Arjent. IIRC, EVI is working with KevinDV, and Kevin seems to like Libertys (is that the correct plural? Is it Liberties?) So, it'll have a "null" lightbar (the Liberty is just that common).

The car isn't LAPD, I just spawned whatever vehicle I had in my police2 slot and plopped it in the picture. I have no idea what the final version of the car will look like. This Caprice isn't the same exact car Kevin is working on. I just wanted to see it in game.

No it's a Holden, it was built by General Motors which is Holden in Australia. It is re-branded as "Chevy" when it gets exported to the US and elsewhere.

I know, that's why I said I miss true Chevrolet Caprice, not Holden.
