Well I recognize it, but I think you're using the wrong badge on the doors and the text on the doors is a little large and not bold enough. I tried a very bold and horizontally condensed Helvetica (looks like you used this font already) with slight path changes in the L and the E:

Also, the "POLICE" and the number on the back along the stripe should be wider, and you should try to cut the door handles out of the stripe (if they are shown on the template).
