Photo from the archive , Sheriff Jackson seen here as work starts on the Joint training facility between Liberty City Police and the Alderney County Sheriff. Due to budget restraints it was decided that Liberty City Police would also benefit from a joint regional training facility.

Sheriff Jackson said " By sharing the site, we can best equip our deputies for front line policing on our streets. The site will boast a skidpan for driver training, along with firearms training facilities and a functional skills house. The site will also incorporate 250 residential en suite rooms and 3 dormitories that will house up to 20 recruits "

The build is due in service late March 2015
